Souls of the Sahara



Sahari is the choreographer and director of “Souls of the Sahara” troupe. Created in the summer of 2008, “Souls of the Sahara” is Sahari’s first official dance troupe. The troupe currently have 9 members: Mirit, Saroya, Kareemah, Zamborah, Mehira, Aisha, Amara, Najah and Dollyah. Their mission is to share the beauty and passion of this empowering ancient art form…by expressing the music in a unique way, a mixture of the traditional and contemporary; a true cultural explosion!
